Moving House? You need to read this blog first

It was the time of summer 2017 when my father bought a house in Melbourne. It was a happy moment and a feeling of pride was rushing through our veins. We were going to have a house of our own. No rent worries, no dependency on others. We had been saving for a very long time for it and the fruit of patience is always sweet. This is what we learned when dad signed the property documents, completed all the formalities and made the down payment.
